PRECINCT DEFINED

The entire United States is divided into political subdivisions called Precincts (also sometimes referred to as “boxes” or “wards”).  The boundaries of each Precinct are identical regardless of political party.  There are no smaller subdivisions.  Therefore the Precinct is the elemental geographical building block of our entire political system.

This website is intended to make you think about the kind of people who hold Precinct Chair positions.
